Junghans at Time to Watches

Geneva Watch Week 2022

We had the pleasure of interviewing Mr Matthias Stotz, CEO of Junghans during the Time to Watches fair to know more about the brand.

We were shown three pretty sweet new models. First, the Chronoscope, an automatic chronograph in stainless steel with a beautiful dark green dial recalling the Black Forest, the German area where Junghans is based. it accompanied by a beautiful ostrich beige leather strap, something quite unusual.

The following timepiece is a Meister Automatic, a very elegant watch in a rose gold plated steel case, which gives the opportunity to keep to watch at an attractive price point.

The third watch is a so called "bullhead watch" in other words a chronograph with crown and pushers at 12 o'clock. It was made to celebrate the fifty years jubilee of the brand.

Two version are available, the first in steel limited to 1972 pieces and another one in 18k white gold limited in 50 pieces. It was a pleasure to spend time with Junghans a brand which has already managed to achieve many interesting milestones such as the first radio-controlled table clock produced late 1980'.
