Vacheron Constantin Overseas Dual Time Prototype Presented in New York

We had the great pleasure of being invited by Vacheron Constantin to a rainy New York and meet up with Cory Richards, a photographer and mountain climber, who explained to us some of his very interesting life experiences; highs and lows, challenges, exploration, Mount Everest to name a few.

This has been a very inspirational encounter and I must admit that it did me good to hear some of the adventures Cory has gone through, always enables to relativise a few things!! So I know we talk a bit less about proper watchmaking in this report, but regardless this was a positive experience for me.

For this year's expedition up Mount Everest, Vacheron Constantin produced a limited Overseas Dual Time with a really beautiful engraved gold rotor showcasing the Himalayas, and Cory's take on the dual time as a emotional function was also pretty interesting and purposeful, but not necessarily for the reason you imagine!

Enjoy & Viva Watchmaking!
