Don't Do This at Home: McGonigle Minute Repeater
It has already been a little while that we published our last deconstruction with our good friend Peter Speake-Marin, but today we have something special as we take apart a rather complex mechanism. Minute repeaters represent something very special for any watchmaker; it's their holy grail! So to able to take deconstruct this timepiece from Irish independent watchmaker Stephen McGonigle was naturally also very special for us too.
