PRIMETIME - Watchmaking in the News - August 2017

Nice to back with our new edition of PRIMETIME after the summer break and nice to hear that the Swiss watchmaking industry is showing signs of recovery, though this needs to be taken with caution and probably doesn't concern every single brand out there. But nevertheless positive news and we like what is positive!

Nevertheless summer is indeed a slow period for the watchmaking world, not that many product launches, but there were still some very interesting news on the business and corporate side of things. Following one of the major recent announcement in the industry with the surprise move of Mr. George Kern from the helm of the Richemont Group to Breitling, there were also some other interesting nominations, in particular for Ulysse Nardin. Find out more in our full video report above!

And on our side, we are delighted to celebrate our 6th year anniversary, time sure flies, but when we see the level of incredible interaction we have with our great audience, we simply couldn't be more happy! The fact of enjoying such an international audience really fills us with joy and definitely gives us even more energy in pursuing our efforts and sharing our passion with as many people as possible.

We would like to take this opportunity to really thank all the people for their kind support we receive on a daily basis through the commenting section of our YouTube channel and other direct contact means. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
