Jaeger-LeCoultre Expands Customisation With The Atelier Reverso

The original function of the Reverso was to protect the glass on the dial side of the watch by pivoting the entire case at a time when robust sapphire was not yet used. This would prevent English colonial officers to damage their watch while they were playing polo… Yes, these were different times!!

Anyhow, the Reverso has always been a watch well suited for some kind of personalisation, but this was more limited to some engraving on its case back. Jaeger-LeCoultre has recently introduced a new program enabling its customers to go much farther in this customisation process, as you can choose between a certain number of features such as various straps in different colours for instance.

This new project is know as the Reverso Atelier and can be found only in certain flagship stores of the brand, before it will be introduced more widely on an international level.
