URWERK Novelties at Baselworld 2016

Martin Frei, designer and co-founder of URWERK, explains us the source of inspiration of the two strong collections that the brand is putting forward at this year's Baselworld; the UR-210 and the UR-105. He comes back on a watch that we had previously seen at the SIHH with the very original T-Rex, but now URWERK is putting the Clockwork Orange on the seen, a more sportive approach to the 105 with its vivid orange numeral display.

We also saw a new black version of the UR-210 with "clou de Paris" finishing on the case that matches the textile strap, a really nice timepiece, impressive and discrete at the same time. This watch features a central retrograding minute hand mixed with a jumping hour mechanism on their iconic satellite display, very very intricate piece of machine on the wrist!
