Bovet Introduces The 19Thirty, Its First Steel Collection

The new 19Thirty collection by Bovet Fleurier is all about steel.Well, not only. The brand also developed a dedicated caliber used on both existing versions: one housed in the Dimier line case with the crown positioned at 3 o’clock and standard lugs, and the Fleurier line case with crown at 12 o’clock and the Amadeo One-Clic convertible strap system. This is the first time that Pascal Raffy, owner and CEO of the brand, introduces steel in Bovet’s case manufacturing. Harder to manufacture than gold, the result is impressive because of the quality of the execution considering the shapes used on the case with curves on the case band, for instance, and other details that increase manufacturing difficulty. Caliber 15BM04, especially developed for this new collection, is a manual-winding movement with a superior power reserve of seven days.

Perhaps even more important here is the very soft and comfortable feeling when the owner turns the crown to provide the caliber with fresh energy. The 19Thirty collection is a step forward and a smart extension of Bovet's catalogue with its new looking and thinner models.
