Woman of Exception Initiative by Parmigiani Fleurier

The woman market is naturally an important one for brands as women are becoming more and more acute to the art of watchmaking. Watches are no longer only an accessory but they also need to have proper watchmaking substance. As for everything people are getting more and more knowledgable about watches thanks to various source of information and brands need to cater differently to this feminine market.

Parmigiani Fleurier understood this almost 10 years ago when they launched their “Women of Exception” initiative celebrating women that have all achieved something special in their career, wether professional and/or philanthropic. They were not looking for famous actresses or models, but for women whose commitments were equal to their very own commitment of making quality watchmaking.

Just recently in London, Parmigiani Fleurier introduced a new woman in it’s “club”. It is Sara Kay, a young American dedicated to the world of Art and its role in the community in general.
