F. P. Journe’s Chonomètre Optimum

Find out more with François-Paul Journe about the Chronomètre Optimum, the watch he always wanted to create for himself. The Chronomètre Optimum integrates in particular a new patented escapement combining a natural escapement from Breguet with a traditional swiss lever escapement, a remontoir d'égalité and a dead-beat second on the back. Almost finished in 2001, François-Paul Journe had to wait until last year to launch it because of the intense activity of the manufacture.
